As our new Junior HR Generalist, you will provide general support to staff and business functions in HR related questions and you will be solely responsible for the whole recruitment process together with hiring managers.

A large part of your daily work will be to handle HR administration, such as preparing and setting up employment agreements and certificates, updating employment changes in our HR system, updating policies and guidelines and gathering HR metrics for reports.

Depending on your interests you'll also get the opportunity to broaden your HR skills, gain responsibility and drive different HR processes such as internal and external communication, relocation, and employer branding. We are a small, collaborative HR team and there will be room for you to have an impact on our processes and the way we work.

Ideally, you are a graduate with a bachelor or master degree in HR, business administration or equivalent. You have a genuine interest in HR
and preferably previous experience in an administrative role. We look for you who takes ownership for your own learning; who enjoys learning and possesses a quality-mindset. You like to, and understands the value of, sharing your knowledge and you take pride in being part of a highly performant team. As a person, you are communicative and has good cooperation skills. Establishing work relationships, projecting confidence and building trust comes easy to you. You are curious, innovative and constantly works with improving/streamlining processes.

• You have good interpersonal skills
• You are service-minded
• You are self-motivated; able to work independently, take initiative and ownership for your work
• You have good organisational skills; able to plan, prioritize and manage time effectively
• You have good English skills, oral and written

Nice to haves:
• You have experience working in the tech industry and a genuine interest for technical recruitment
• You have an interest in, and knowledge about, social media and communication from an employer branding perspective
• You have knowledge about Swedish labour law and systematic work environment management

Varaktighet, arbetstid
This position is a fixed-term contract covering a maternity leave from March 2018 - May 2019 with the possibility of extension.
