Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
Main responsibility:
• Support Global R&D Project Office and Finance Dept. in admin, material collection, analysis of finacials and project portfolio
• Build up a new simplified global procedures/software solutions that can continually be use afterwards and by that contribute to a leaner work.
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
Education, experience, skills, knowledge, competencies:
• MA degree or above in Finance or Business Administration
• More than 5 years of experience and successful track record in Finance or Business Administration and project management.
• Analytical skills, especially in the finance area
• A quick learner
• Software knowledge
• Proficiency in MS Excel and pivot tables
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and MS Access
• Good communication and networking skills, able to connect with people in remote countries s/he never met and at different levels incl. senior executives.
Language:
• Proficiency in English both written and verbal
• Mandarin a plus
