We are looking for a Junior CRM Specialist to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden. In this role, you will join MAJORITY's Product team and report to the CRM Manager.
In this role you will be responsible for supporting the CRM activities that aim to keep engaged and retain our users across all geographies and markets, working with our best-in-class lifecycle management tool, Braze. Together with the CRM Manager, you will set priorities and decide on the best approach to drive the adoption and retention of all current and future MAJORITY services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Contribute to the development of our CRM strategy by creating and implementing effective communication throughout the user lifecycle
QA, test, monitor and optimize CRM journeys and campaigns
Work closely with local market stakeholders to develop a deep common understanding of our users
Work closely with designers and copywriters to create communication that brings our brand and communication style to life in ways that resonate with our users
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Marketing or a related field
1-2 years of relevant work experience
A commercial mindset and understanding of CRM and customer lifecycle marketing
Experience working with customer engagement platforms like Braze is a big plus
Experience with one or more templating languages, HTML and CSS is a plus but not a requirement
Previous experience from working in a high-growth company is appreciated
Fluency in Spanish is highly appreciated
