Global Operations Controlling is the financial support function for the Electrolux Global Operations Organization in its ambition to operational excellence, cost efficiency, speed of innovation, flexibility for the consumer in a digital age on a global level and quality of processes and products.
Global Industrial Operations as part of global operations is responsible for the strategic and operational management of manufacturing, logistics, manufacturing engineering and safety on a global level. It coordinates 44 factories worldwide with a total yearly production volume of 35 million appliances and a yearly spend of 11 billion SEK for production cost.
The Junior Controller Global Industrial Operations supports the industrial operations controller in the consolidation and analysis of global manufacturing and global logistic cost. In this task he/she will cooperate closely with factory and operations controllers in the different sectors of the company.
Key operational responsibilities
• Monthly consolidation and support of analysis of manufacturing cost and performance reports for financial and nonfinancial KPIs of the Electrolux factories globally.
• Management of the monthly industrial operations business plan development reports
• Consolidation, check and deviation analysis of monthly product cost bridges and mix adjusted variable cost per unit reports.
• Support in the strategic plan, budget plan and planning of expected for global industrial operations and logistics.
• Consolidation and maintenance of the monthly global logistic reports.
• Support in ad hoc analysis of results of specific factories or sectors
• Support for other controlling items within the global operations team (e.g. controller home page)
REPORTING TO:
• Operationally and functionally to VP Finance Global Operations and Global Product Lines
Competencies needed
• University degree in finance, economics or finance/engineering/manufacturing
• Minimum 2 years working experience in related areas and on sector/international level
• Strong analytical capabilities
• Strong communication collaboration skills
• Self motivation, reliability and pro-activeness.

- Highly numerate, well-organised and a strong eye for detail.
- Good communication skills both orally and in writing and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English, any other language is an advantage.
