Main duties
Your role is to support the organization with monitoring and analysis of how the business is performing as well challenge the organization to continuous improvement. With your skills, you are instrumental and supportive in every conceivable economic issues.
As a controller your are responsible to produce reports, monitoring of indicators and projects. Making monthly report of results and rolling forecasts. Reviewing investment, purchasing requests and develop cost estimates for decision-making. Establish and coordinate the operational budget. You will report to the site manager in Linköping and CFO of Oil Cooler division.
Your profile
In order to succeed in the job, you should have an academic training relevant as an MBA or Industrial Engineering. We prefer that you have worked a couple of years in an accounting department in a manufacturing company, preferably in the Automotive Industry. Your IT skills are good and you handle Excel with ease. Knowledge of IFRS is an advantage. We also requires good knowledge of English, both orally and in writing.
As a person you are service oriented, analytical and accurate and is not afraid to roll up your sleeves and grab where needed. You are a good communicator, have a lot of energy and a big commitment in what you do. It is an advantage if you have an ability to handle stressful situations.
