About Vattenfall InCharge
Vattenfall currently operates approximately than 40 000 charging points in Europe - and our network continues to grow. Our E-mobility business offers electric vehicle charging solutions for people's homes, business locations and in large cities, with the aim to facilitate EV driving in Europe, in both rural and urban environments. Vattenfall is building the E-mobility business based on strong expertise in the energy and electricity business as well as with strong relationships with partners (e.g. cities, car manufacturers, leasing companies).
In this position you will be working within the E-mobility Business Unit and we see you being based in Amsterdam, Berlin and/or Stockholm. We offer part-time work-from-home flexibility. Regular travels are expected.
Your role
As a Junior Consultant you will be working with the senior MT of the E-Mobility Unit. You will be advising and consulting on diverse (strategic) projects and processes. One of the main tasks will also be to establish and craft a structure for the MT. Furthermore you will consult and advise the unit's MT on business cases and opportunities in the market.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
Establish and craft the way of working for the MT and consult us on the best approach
Working on projects and processes within the E-Mobility unit
Structure the MT's way of working by:
Defining a structure for the meeting and advizing on the topic to discuss
Attent the MT meetings and write the minutes
Create and prepare presentations for the MT, for example for the all employee meeting at which we inform our Unit on divers topics
Create proposals and advise on business cases and opportunities
Location
This role is based either is Amsterdam, Berlin or Stockholm.
Qualifications
Your profile
We are looking for a Junior Consultant who wants to make an impact in the EV market. Naturally you are interested in sustainability and eager to learn. With your strong communication skills you advise our MT on diverse topics and are able to convince us of your approach. Also you are willing to dive deep within the content of EV to truly grasp the challenges in our market and to translate that into great proposals. Considering you are creating the structure and backbone of our MT's way of working you need to be structured and highly disciplined.
Furthermore you match the following requirements:
Master degree, preferably in Business Administration or Engineering
Excellent communication skills in English
Strong with Microsoft Office
Ambitious and eager to learn about the EV branche
