About this opportunity
We are hiring a Junior Business Developer for One Digital - Portfolio & Governance team. We are a team that ensures Nordea's digital portfolio is managed effectively. Our goal is to unlock the potential of Nordea's digital operating model, making it the leading Nordic digital bank that delivers superior customer and commercial value.
Join our Nordic team in Stockholm and play a key role in defining and unfolding Nordea's digital agenda. As a member of the team, you will:
* Support us to define and implement Nordea's digital strategy across the group
* Help facilitate events and drive digital branding initiatives
* Gain valuable insights by benchmarking and studying case studies, and use your findings to influence key decision makers
* Assist in workgroups focused on running our digital governance practices, working closely with Digital Hubs and senior stakeholders
* Be responsible for maintaining digital roadmaps to ensure clear view of priorities and progress

To succeed in this role, we believe that you are a young professional with up to two years of experience or a recent graduate. Your personality & motivation are of a big value to us.
Your experience and background:
* Education: You have a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant area
* Stakeholder management: You have the ability to work with stakeholders, understand their needs, and build trusted relationships
* Analytical thinking: You have a talent for analyzing complex problems and breaking them down into manageable pieces. You can present solutions in a clear and simple way, using visuals and examples to help others understand
* Prioritization skills: You have the ability to manage multiple priorities, assess and adjust quickly to changing priorities
* Interest in digital trends: You have a keen interest in staying up-to-date on key digital trends and best practices to benchmark and explore opportunities that present to Nordea
* Language skills: You have proficiency in English communication
