Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter: The Absolut Company is currently looking for a Junior Brand Manager to join The Wyborowa Brand team. Main Purpose Deliver Global marketing initiatives for the brand. Overall responsibility Work with Global Marketing Manager, Cross-Functional Teams and Key Global Markets to develop and implement marketing and communication programs meeting overall brand and marketing objectives outlined in the 4 year brand plan Key Parameters Volume / Sales Revenue / EBIT globally Market Share globally Brand Awareness/Consideration, defined markets Brand Image/Preference, defined markets Product portfolio TWYC brand portfolio Key Responsibilities & Activities Develop strategies and execution programs for the brand that include but are not limited to; brand communication for point of sale, digital, PR, and internal communication, drink strategy and programming, new evolutionary product development, and integrated marketing programs. Work with local markets to help deliver global brand programs from concept through execution and evaluation. Manage agencies and cross-functional partners. Internal ambassador to build enthusiasm for the Brand marketing strategies and programs Key Capabilities: English and Russian language Strong Communication/Presentation skills Cross Cultural Awareness Strong analytical skills Project management and coordination skills Team-oriented and flexible Communication and presentation skills Social and interpersonal skills Ability to find creative solutions Strong interest in global brand development Computer/Software/Programs Proactive and commercially orientated Consumer insight skills
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer: Qualifications/profile requirements: University Business Degree, business or Communication Languages: Fluent in English and Russian - critical Marketing experience min 1-2 yrs International marketing experience min 1 yrs Consumer marketing Brand Management incl digital marketing/SoMe - critical Sprits industry experience - Critical Industrial experience of FMCG
