KJX is a new group within Sales and Marketing (S&M) at Scania with the responsibility to understand the ways of working and responsibilities of product structure and content such as Product Information and visualization cross functionally between all our brands within the Traton Group.
The group currently consists of Continuous Introduction manager who is responsible to coordinate introductions, Product coordinators, working with our modular toolbox towards the markets, Product Owners for our sales system ETEL and OAS.
Assignment
With the overall mission of securing that we work in the leanest way possible towards the identified stakeholder group, the journey lead has an overall responsibility to secure that processes and interfaces towards the stakeholder group are state-of-the-art. As journey lead you will have a key role in leading a cross-functional journey team with developing the process as well as core applications, defining main gaps and setting priority for needed development and leading the journey within Traton Group. One of the tasks will also be to lead the work towards the future visualization needs within the Traton group on Sales and Marketing and how we should develop our process.
A natural part of the work will be to help our organization develop and adapt and challenge the processes. In this position you will start to work in an organization that is under development since it is a newly created group.
Your profile
You are a structured person with high energy and ability to keep focus on the target and vision ahead in an changing environment. You also have the willingness to challenge our way of doing things. You also enjoy interacting with people and working cross functionally within both S&M and other departments, and also cross brands.
You have strong leadership skills and if needed, you will roll up your sleeves to manage complex questions and help to lead the organization forward. You enjoy playing a central role in the group and you feel comfortable leading and presenting to smaller and larger groups of people.
It is preferable that you have project management experience and communication skills. If you have a network within Scania it's a bonus.
An academic degree in business, engineering or equivalent is required as well as being fluent in English.
