ASM Foods in Mjölby is part of the Barry Callebaut Group, and focuses on developing and producing customised fillings and coatings for the bakery, confectionery, dairy and ice cream industries. The site in Mjölby has two production facilities - one designed to produce water based products such as caramels, fruit fillings, and other sauces, and the other designed to produce fat based products such as chocolate and compound coatings and fillings. Our production is agile and flexible, facilitating great new opportunities and creative product development.
About the role
The Finance Business Partner proactively provides insights on business opportunities and risks as well as the respective financial impact to management. This job supports business initiatives aimed at improving operational and financial performance.
You will be a key player in a local team of five people, reporting to our Finance Manager, and also be part of a regional team with Finance BP's.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You have a love of numbers, processes and efficiency in organisations. You have a passion to dive into financial and other data and think about how things can be organised and executed optimally. Moreover, you are able to advise improvements on the basis of analysis and involve everyone. The ambition is that you will support business growth with your analyses and controlling of business data as an important, challenging and supportive partner in operational development.
Furthermore you can report punctually on the evolution of our result versus targets for operation efficiencies, headcount, scrap, rework, material yield, indirect costs, overtime, etc. - but you also translate the outcome of these reports into actions.
In this role you will also be involved in month end closing, forecasts, budget, CAPEX, analyses of stock and Working Capital.
REQUIRED ACADEMIC & TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS
Professional qualifications
We are looking for a professional who has a university degree in economics and at least 5 years of experience in a similar position. It is an advantage if you have experience in the manufacturing industry. You are looking forward to working in a global organisation with many interfaces. You have a keen interest in business analysis and are driven to set targets and achieve results, as well as presenting and explaining results and actions.
You are used to working in complex business systems and have excellent Excel skills. In our company you will work in the business system Microsoft Dynamics AX and SAP. Furthermore, you will need to be fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English.

The job location is in Mjölby, Sweden (Hybrid, some days working from home per week is possible)
