You will be the face of PUGZ by building relationships with our customers and will primarily be responsible for our customer support, social media and order administration. You will support our customers in our online store, keep contact with warehouse and shipment companies and answer technical questions about our products.
In the role as a Customer Relations Associate you will be working with marketing in social media and building relationships with influencers on different platforms. You will aslo implement other activities to drive sales and increase brand awareness around PUGZ.
ABOUT YOU:
As a person you are streets-smart, good at solving problems and take initiatives. You are a driven person with great energy and you are passionate about communication and social media. For us your personality and your performance are more important than a higher education or work experience. We expect you to be fluent in Swedish and English
