As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a visionary COO to join our executive team and lead our operational strategy.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity across all departments.
Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and streamline workflows.
Implement best practices and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and evaluate operational performance.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational goals with overall business objectives.
Oversee budgeting and resource allocation to ensure effective utilization of company resources.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation throughout the organization.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a senior leader in operations management, with at least 25 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a track record of developing and implementing successful operational strategies.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective cross-functional relationships.
