As a Customer Service Advisor, you will handle customers questions regarding products, invoices and logistics. You communicate through e-mail, phone and chat.

You have?
• A passion for service and customer focus (hands-on experience from Customer Service or Telemarketing is a plus)
• The goal to exceed our customers expectations every day
• A preference for working as part of a team, but the ability to work independently
• Great written and spoken communication skills
• Native or bilingual proficiency in Swedish (full professional proficiency in Norwegian, Danish, Finnish , British or Dutch is a plus)
• Talent and ambition (as highly valued as your background)

About the position:
• You will need to be flexible, we need people who have availability to work between hours 08:30-17:00 Monday-Friday.
• But don't worry; we will always try to give you 2 weeks advance notice so you can plan ahead.
• Placed in LensOn's office in Kungsholmen, central Stockholm
• Hourly wage
