Oriola is on a journey into the future of automation with a brand new facility in Enköping, taking our logistic As a IT support specialist in our Information Management team in Enköping you will support our coworkers all over Sweden and Finland.
In this position you will among other things work with remote and onsite IT support and first and second line support for Oriola users, troubleshooting to detect and solve technical problems. Maintaining the company's computer services and equipment, installing or updating required hardware and software and recommending computer products or equipment is also one of the many various tasks of out IT support specialists.
What are the qualifications for this position?
• Native swedish language skills and fluent in english, spoken and written
• At least 2 years of experience in supporting users with IT matters, preferably in retail
• Degree in Computer Science, engineering or other relevant technical field
Who are we looking for?
You are a service minded, friendly and a pedagogic person with great troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail. You have a knowledge and interest in computer software and hardware, internet applications, networks and OS always keeping yourself up to date with the new buzz in technology.
