As part of this ambitious journey, we are searching for an SEO Manager with expertise in both SEO and SEM to join our mission-driven team.
What You'll Be Doing:
Develop and Implement SEO Strategies: Create and execute effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive website traffic, and increase conversion rates.
Manage SEM Campaigns: Oversee all SEM activities, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and performance analysis to maximize ROI.
Technical Site Optimization: Conduct technical site audits, optimize website architecture, improve page load speeds, ensure mobile optimization, fix technical issues, and implement structured data.
Optimize Website Content: Collaborate with content creators to ensure all web content is optimized for search engines and aligns with our brand's tone and voice.
Analyze Performance Metrics: Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to monitor website performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all aspects of our digital presence.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest SEO and SEM trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
Bachelor's Degree: In Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven Experience: At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in SEO and SEM, with a successful track record of improving search engine rankings and managing SEM campaigns.
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and SEM platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads).
Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate them into actionable strategies.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-Solving Ability: Keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Are a Search Engine Guru: Demonstrated expertise in both on-page and off-page SEO, with a robust understanding of technical SEO.
Excel in SEM: Proven ability to create and optimize SEM campaigns that deliver high ROI.

Communicate Effectively: Strong communication skills that enable you to convey complex data findings and strategic insights to both technical and non-technical teams.
