• Jr. Consultants, based in Stockholm

Jr. Consultants/ Operations and Marketing Assistant Job Description:
The candidate will provide support to the Managing Director of the Nordics office and the Marketing and Operations Manager in Stockholm. The role is to coordinate and participate in a variety of activities associated with the marketing, administration and finance.
Skills:
• Fluent in 2 or more languages
• Fluent English speaking and writing
• Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
• Desirable: Marketing experience and/or direct sales experience
• Initiative taking
• Social skills
Abilities:
• The position is ideal for a results driven and creative individual who is comfortable in dealing with multiple projects in a demanding deadline driven environment
• The ability to work individually
Personality:
• Enthusiastic, self driven person is required with excellent communication skills, highly motivated and service minded, dynamic and flexible. You are able to work on individual tasks
Responsibilities:
• Assist in implementation of marketing programs for Adding Value in Nordics and rest of Europe.
• Support promotional plan, organize mailings
• Support supplementary marketing activities
• Support of event organizations (reservatiosn, promo-material, contact sponsors, speakers etc)
• Prepare courses and events
• Support sales activities/ after-sales activities
• Provide service to customers, such as order placement and account information
• Sales projects
No previous work experience is requested, but desirable. The position would suit newly graduate looking to embark on a career within marketing, administration and sales. Desirable if candidate worked as telemarketer or similar.
The candidate should speak fluent 1 or 2 of the Scandinavian languages. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
