Your primary responsibilities as Software Development Manager will include:
• Well-being, competence development and performance management of employees within your line organization;
• Well-being, dynamics, structure (incl. recruitment), competence development and performance of
Agile Teams;
• Teams' and individuals' alignment with organizational guidelines and structures, including technology (e.g. Code Quality, Architecture, UxD, Test Strategy) and processes (e.g. Agile, SAFe);
• Cascading and clarifying organizational vision, strategy and goals to teams and individuals; and alignment with individual and team goals;
• Making sure that needs, suggestions and reflections of teams and individuals are heard and acted upon throughout the organization.
We believe that you have passion for software development and delivering value to customers. You bring with you at least 3 years of management experience in software development organizations, and knowledge and hands-on experience of Agile and LEAN methodologies. You preferably have hands-on development experience and background as a software developer. You are strong-minded, goal-oriented and challenge status quo. You will chart the course, set high expectations, inspire others, find a way and deliver results!
