Their mission is having the right tools and systems for Affiliations, SEO, Tracking, and Analytics; Used in all from mapping customer behaviors, optimising marketing campaigns, analyzing the quality of affiliations, targeting new prospects for acquiring customers to our ever growing player-base.
Our fantastic acquisition team is now looking for a Product Manager. You will be responsible for all aspects of acquiring customers, tracking performance, continuously running tests to improve results and delivering new enhancements to market. You will be accountable for reaching and maintaining product and business goals for the team.
A big part of your responsibility as the Product Manager for the Acquisition team is to deliver the technical systems and Data to our Marketing, affiliate, SEO and BI teams. You will also ensure that the technical demands are on point so that business deals can be made with affiliate collaborators.
Day-to-day responsibilities
Collaborate with developers to communicate and document feature concepts and requirements (wireframes, business requirement documents, etc.).
Communicate with and manage stakeholders to prioritize product tests and features in order of impact to company goals.
Organize and execute product testing. Develop impact estimates to drive prioritization and leverage results to improve "batting average" over time.
Instrument, track and report product health metrics at regular intervals.
Analyze product usage to find signals that drive product confirmation or change.
Daily operational execution of the live product and analysis of the product's performance.
Coordinate and organize planning of product roadmaps and advocate to prioritize initiatives that deliver on plan.
Keep a close eye on relevant products in and beyond our competitive set to generate ideas and educate the broader team as to what is possible.
Develop product enhancements that result in customer delight and bottom line growth.
Take part in relevant product and business forums for cross-area synchronization

Qualifications
5+ years of product management experience, preferably working on a consumer-facing product at a high growth company
Bachelor's degree in a science, engineering, or mathematics or similar
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions
Strengths in problem-solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
Ability to clearly outline product requirements
Strong presentation and writing skills with the ability to communicate technical content to general audiences
Ability to manage and oversee product roadmaps for multiple platforms
Demonstrated ability to work effectively across engineering, design, and project management to deliver innovative product features in a collaborative agile environment
Expert skills with analytics tools to optimize products and track progress towards company goals
