We are looking for talented Java developers for employment at Paxport Systems, where we develop, host and maintain our products for handling charter travelers all over Europe. We are a rather small company where we work in an informal environment, but still with a very structured development process. We have been using the scrum methodology for a number of years and as a developer you very quickly see the results of your work in terms of releases that are put into production.

• Work with in-house development, rather than being placed at the client site?
• Develop a product, rather than customer-specific solutions?
• Work in a small company with experienced colleagues and a high level of technical ability
• Take an active part in every part of the development cycle, from requirements specification to test and implementation
• Design and develop web applications using modern open source frameworks
• Develop server-side applications with EJB3 and JBoss
• Design and develop client-server solutions using Swing and and JavaWebstart
Take an active part in dialogues around architecture, design and development methodology and continuously help us improve.
You need to be a Java developer with at least five year's experience as well as being very familiar and comfortable with the scrum development methodology. We will also only consider candidates with a documented experience from working with large enterprise systems, where performance, resilience and other important server-side factors have been important.
