About the position:
As Java developer at Net Entertainment you are contributing to the total solution for our casino games and backend products. Our platform, the core of the casino, has a staggering number of transactions to handle, all in a secure way! All our games have to be exciting and seductive enough to capture the most fastidious of end users, the players. This combination gives us fantastic challenges and exciting opportunities that take a wide range of skills, from back end expertise to animations and mathematics in our fantastic games to explore. Our biggest and most important asset is our cross functional development teams of highly skilled and motivated team players, and it is important to us to allow and encourage each team member to thrive with our success. Our development team is filled with different skills, nationalities and personalities. We have one thing in common though - the passion to succeed together and our well defined core values incorporated in everything we do.
We are continuing our success on the different markets, expanding our backend product and games portfolio that will cater for millions of game-transactions from across the world. This gives an exciting opportunity using the latest technology in a complex environment.
What’s your background?
Our ideal candidate has at least 5 years’ experience from developing within the Java domain and has a passion for excellence with a creative mind. We expect you to have experience within the following:
• J2EE
• EJB 3.0
• JPA
• Hibernate
• JBoss/Glassfish
• Maven
• RedHat Satellite
• Puppet
• SQL Server
• JavaScript
• Test Driven Development
• Agile development
• Cross functional teams
• Continuous delivery
Experience from banking, finance or online gaming domain is a plus. High proficiency in English, both oral and written paired with excellent documentation skills is a must in all Net Entertainment positions.
