hela Sverige We are looking for a candidate who speaks fluent Japanese, has experience from working within a helpdesk and is interested in an assignment with one of our clients in Japan. The assignment will go on
for at least three months and is located in Tokyo.
You will assist our client's employees with IT-support via telephone or mail. The job requires excellent skills regarding Windows, TCP/IP, Outlook and Office and excellent service skills. Besides
Japanese you need to be fluent in English. The successful candidate has experience from IT-support (helpdesk or servicedesk preferred) and expeience from working in a customer focused organisation.
The position will be filled asap and therefore the recruitment process is ongoing.
