About the role
Our in-house team in Stockholm are looking for a 2nd Line support technician who will be responsible to set up a structure between our 1st and 3rd line. You will administer the SaaS platform hosted on Linux/Azure and provide 2nd line support from TSS customers most often by phone. The work requires a lot of troubleshooting of TSS complex products.
You will also be responsible for the internal IT at TSS. In this role, you get the chance to make difference in setting up everything required for IT primary in Office 365 and troubleshoot our in-house developed hardware products.
Your profile
To succeed in this role we see that you are structured and enjoy the combination of working technically and at the same time having a lot of customer contact. You enjoy supporting your colleagues and customers in more complex problems in their daily work.
Further we see that you have:
• A relevant education within IT
• A few years experience of 2nd line support
• Experience in purchasing, configuration and maintenance of hardware products
• Strong interest in tech
• Strong English skills, both written and verbal
