As an IT User Support Specialists the primarily task is to provide local daily user support for our Swedish employees in Kista, Helsingborg and Alingsås. Your key responsibility is to provide world class support to our in house end users and field personnel on a variety of issues and ensure the continuity of the computer services throughout the company. You will provide these services for Sweden as well as for EMEA, APAC and AMERICA. Other tasks included in the job is as following:

• Responsibility for the helpdesk processes and standard as well as setting up new users with network accesses.
• Responsibility for providing desk and telephone support for all applications, software programs as well as hardware support for building and upgrading PC's.
• Resolving issues involving viruses, email, security, and connectivity and computer performance.

Since you will provide support for EMEA, APAC and AMERICA the job will require for you to travel occasionally.

As a person you are solution oriented and are always striving to achieve the best possible solutions. You are passionate about IT and everything that it includes. You have strong computer skills and experience from maintaining Help Desks and routing. You are process oriented with the ability to lead, follow through on projects, tasks and reporting. You have in-depth understanding of the following programs:

• Windows 7
• MS Office 2013
• Outlook
• Sophos AV
• Cisco Any connect
• WebEx
• SCCM

You have an in-depth knowledge of computer hardware and have great knowledge of computer networking/telecommunications skills to include Cisco VPN troubleshooting and Avaya Softphone. Our company language is English which means that you have to have excellent communications skills in English, both verbally and in written. You have great PC hardware knowledge and are used to do installations/troubleshooting and have extensive peripheral device knowledge including Idevices, printers, Lenovo and Dell computer hardware. Beyond mentioned you are a committed and positive person with an extensive interest in IT.

To be able to do the job we believe that you either have a college degree with a technical training background A+ certification, MCP or equivalent cert or 5 years of Job experience in IT.
