Do you want to work in an international company with great potential, do you want to be part of a winning team? We are currently seeking a IT Technician to Belmont Trading in Karlskoga!
The persons that we are looking for is TEAM player and are used to work in a fast moving environment with high demands for accuracy.
You as a person are energetic, have a strong self-motivation and very direct and clear communication skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
This is both a strategic and tactical role that will report to the industry vertical lead and focus on creating and maintaining our Network and IT assets.
This will include but not be limited to:
Registration and processing of applications and employee requests;
Installing and configuring operating systems Windows 7/8/10;
Installation and configuration of office suites Microsoft Office 2010/2013;
Install and configure additional software;
Ensure and manage Personal Data protection
Preparation of user workstations;
Ensuring availability of computer equipment;
Install and configure peripheral equipment printer, MFP.
Interact with external suppliers
Configure Phones and other IT assets
Assist other TEAM members as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned
Data wiping and destruction
Minimum Requirements Needed:
Thorough knowledge of computer hardware/peripherals.
Ability to add/replace any component of a desktop computer.
Knowledge of Windows products (office suites, operating systems for workstations, server operating system); Windows 7/8/10, Microsoft Office 2010/2013
Ability to install and troubleshoot any peripheral devices, proper understanding of peripheral drivers.
Decent knowledge of Windows Deployment Services and Windows System Image Manager.
Good knowledge of Windows Active Directory Services.
Experience in Personal Data protection
Basic understanding of modern smart phone operating systems iOS/Android/Windows
Driving License
Highly Desired Skills:
Russian Speaking
Navision experience
Experience in Microsoft CRM
Experience from ITAM service
Experience from Mobile phone processing
