Publiceringsdatum2016-02-12ArbetsuppgifterWe are currently looking to recruit an IT Technician to be responsible for the management and administration of our customer's workstations, network and printing environments. You will work in a team of 15 people who have the responsibility for similar environments. The responsibilities are to maintain and develop the customers IT environment and providing the daily support to their end-users by solving any incidents raised. This is a fulltime position and can be based from our Karlskrona or Stockholm office;
ProfilWe are looking for someone with a degree or equivalent, specialising in IT.
You should have previous experience from a Technical support role and has good knowledge of several IT areas such as Workstations, network and printers. Good administrative skills are a must and knowledge and experience of project work and ITIL are beneficial.
As a person, you will be service-oriented and find it easy to communicate with clients and end users.
Furthermore, you will be a committed team player and have solid experience of delivering solutions and solving technical problems when they arise. We would also expect you to be self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently.
As a Nordic organisation it is important that you can communicate fluently in English and Swedish, both written and oral.
