We are currently looking for a passionate and highly motivated talent acquisition professional with experience of both general/professional and IT or Technical recruitment. You will have responsibility of corporate level staffing and recruiting programs and strategies. It will be important to form good relations with recruiting sources and qualified candidates.
You will be tasked with:
Promoting the company's image to candidates and external service providers
Surface candidates and develop networks, creating a strong pipeline of candidates
Advising hiring managers and produces interview packets and selection documentation.
Negotiate and/or supports hiring manager in developing new hire compensation package/offers.
Monitor and maintain internet and print postings ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Contact candidates, schedule interviews and interview loop, develop and present employment offers
Provide subject matter expertise to customers and contribute to the development of new staffing sources and processes.
Develop strategy, recommend diversity and college staffing plans to senior management and executes.
Monitor staffing processes to identify areas of risk and assist in identification of mitigation methods.
Acts as a technical lead to lower level talent acquisition professionals.

Required skills:
Bachelor's degree in a related field of study.
5 years of experience using recruiting technology
5 years of experience performing full life-cycle recruiting
5 years of experience recruiting in a corporate setting
Highly communicative person, fluent in English
