We are offering our new IT supporter a challenging and developing job within IT support. Together with your colleagues you will have to identify and solve technical problems via telephone/e-mail and provide customers a professional and positive experience. For this you need to stay on top of all new information and be eager to give exceptional customer service. Training will be provided for all new colleagues to the Scandinavian team to make sure you understand all products and systems. 

Place of work: LNeurocom Tele Services A/S, Bådehavnsgade 2A, 2450 Copenhagen SV. Denmark

We expect you currently hold or have earlier held a position in which you had contact with customers. You make yourself easily familiar with technical equipment and it will be an advantage to have experienced troubleshooter with a technical knowledge. It is important that you speak, understand and write English as well as one of the following combinations:

• Swedish and Danish
• Swedish and Finish
• Swedish and Norwegian
• Finish and Danish
• Finnish and Norwegian or
• Norwegian and Danish

Arbetstider och omfattning
The position is fulltime and working hours are between 8am to 6pm Monday-Friday (Saturday shift will occur).

Ersättning
You will receive a fixed hourly salary of DKK 116.75 plus additional fee for weekend shifts.
