hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Congrex Sweden i Stockholm Congrex Sweden is looking for an IT Support Technician for placement at our Stockholm office. As IT Support Technician, you will be part of Congrex IT support. You will deliver technical support to the staff within the Congrex offices.
The IT Support Technician will:
• Assist our customers projects with IT support which involves travel within Sweden and abroad. You will by yourselt setup temporary offices with computers, printers and network.
• Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support to our staff.
• Provide office hardware IT support for printers, phones and multimedia equipment in conference rooms.
• Manage users in Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange.
• Install new client computers as well as troubleshoot and reinstall existing computers.
Who are you?
For this postition, it is highly required to have a service-minded attitude and a creative and ouitgoing personality. Problem-solving and personal contacts will be part of your daily work. You must be able to work independently in a small and lively office environment, and have good communication and reporting skills. You need to be flexible and see changes as opportunities. You are fluent in Swedish and English.
Experience
You should have experience of IT support including:
• Set-up, troubleshooting and maintenance of computers, printers, network equipment and telephones.
• Good knowledge about Microsoft software and operating systems such as Windows 7 and Office 2010.
• Management of users and computers in an Active Directory and in Microsoft Exchange.
Education:
You have theoretical IT knowledge from secondary or post-secondary education or similar schools.
