ITC Support / Business Support Operations, BSO
Job Summary/key responsibilities
BSO is the WMS and associated systems manager. Responsible for the continuity of the operation. Parameterization of VMS- and related systems. Correct use of the systems in the operation. BSO as a problem solver, and looking for structural solutions. He/she is the first contact for hardware & software problems locally. Back up In Belgium on ICT Helpdesk and Power Support team. Analyses possibilities for improvement when it comes to flows, layout, order profiles, seasonal rotations, complaints. BSO is also a project manager, projects in Power (or other VMS) such as change requests + ROI. BSO tests new functions/modules for his operation. BSO is also responsible for the local training in the systems.
Desirable job requirements
You will be provided with sharp toolkits, colleagues at the KTN group ICT Helpdesk and Power Support Team. You will have BSO colleagues around in the KTN group. There you will have continuous training/education in the software. You have a broad basic experience of problem solution and have been working with similar tasks for at least 2 years. You have to have a really good social competence which is required for accurate communication in order to get deep in the problems. In short, BSO is responsible for that the ICT systems are working properly on site. Willingness to travel. Language skills: English and Swedish, intensive professional experience. Additional language skills are an asset. Computer software skills: advanced Excel/Access knowledge.
