Publiceringsdatum2016-02-12ArbetsuppgifterWe are currently looking to recruit specialists within the areas of Workstation, Network and Exchange. You will work in a team of 15 people who have the responsibility for the customer IT-infrastructure from a 2nd and 3rd line support view. The responsibilities are to maintain and develop the customer IT environment and providing the daily support to their end-users by solving incidents raised by 1st line support and troubleshooting any errors. Offering support through on call duty will also be part of the roles. These are fulltime positions, requiring at least 3-5 years' experience and can be based from our Karlskrona or Stockholm office;
Workstation specialist
Your will provide deep knowledge of SCCM infrastructure and management of workstations including packaging, software distribution, patch management and other technologies related to workstations.
This will require good technical knowledge of
• Microsoft SCCM 2012 and all its functions, including reporting
• Hardware certification
• Microsoft Deployment Toolkit
• MSI Packaging
Network Specialist
You will provide deep technical knowledge of IP, TCP, BGP, EIGRP, QoS, OSPF, RIP, HSRP, UPN, IPSEC LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, Firewall, DHCP, Remote Access and Radius in order to design and restore the customer network environment for optimal coverage. You are used to working with the Cisco portfolio of environments and have solid experience of network design, installation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of complex network environments.
Exchange & Server Specilaist
Your will provide deep technical knowledge of Exchange, Active Directory, Group Policies and Server OS to optimize and maintain the customers IT applications and Outlook environments.
We are looking for someone with a degree or equivalent, specialising in IT.
You should have at least a few years' experience of administrating and managing IT environments, and a genuine interest in IT-security of those parts is a plus. We also value good administrative skills and consider experience of project work and ITIL a merit.
As a person, we see you as service/customer-oriented, i.e. find it easy to communicate with our customers end users. You are self-motivated, flexible and a committed team player with solid experience of delivering solutions and solving technical problems when they arise.
