hela Sverige NCC is currently recruiting an experienced IT Service Manager, with responsibility for HR Applications and Services.
Group Operations Development & IT is a Nordic organization with resources in four countries under joint management. Main objectives are also to ensure that NCC's business areas will deliver expected value to our end customers.
The role at NCC
As Service Manager within the area of HR IT-applications you will have overall responsibility for the delivery of defined services according to the service levels, agreed with the business. This includes service availability and maintenance, process support, budgeting, tracking and follow-up of SLA's related to the service, as well as ensuring compliance and IT security. NCC Group OD&IT are currently in a transformation process delivering IT as a service towards the Business and as IT Service Manager you will have a key position delivering the service and lead the maintenance of the Service.
You work closely with other IT-Service managers in Finance-, Core- & Infra- applications area. One of your main responsibilities is functioning as local OD&IT applications Service Manager, developing and managing applications towards common NCC IT architecture.
You work together with the HR Business Support functions and NCC Business units in Sweden, Norway, Denmark & Finland, and location for this position will be in our HQ in Stockholm.
Experience
• At least 5 Years of working experience in the related field
• Proven experience working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Proven experience of managing and operating IT services
• Relevant industry experience (construction industry) is an advantage
Knowledge, competencies and skills
• Highly self-motivated and self-directed in the pursuit of excellence
• Service Management
• Knowledge of HR tools is an advantage
• Knowledge of working with ITSM tools is an advantage
• Fluent in written and spoken English and fluent in Swedish language.
