Job Description:
The key objective of the IT Service Excellence (ITSE) group is to work with clients to build effective end to end management of IT Services and Operations across the globe. Our ITSE practitioners use the ITIL and IT Service Management frameworks, industry leading IT Service Management tool suites and other capability frameworks to optimize and streamline people, processes and tools to build leading IT Service organizations.
Specialist areas include:
• ITIL v.3 and CobiT frameworks
• Service management from an IT perspective
• Process analysis, build and implementation
• Close cooperation with the client business as well as their IT organizations
• Change management skills to secure build of identified capabilities as well as implementation of identified processes/ process change
Professional skills requirement:
• Degree majoring in Computer Science or IT - M.Sc./civ.ing. preferred , with excellent academic record
• Fluency in English and Swedish
• 2+ years of experience in one of the below areas:
• Service management from an IT perspective
• Process analysis, build and implementation
• Change management skills to secure build of identified capabilities as well as implementation of identified processes/ process change
