hela Sverige Do you want to have a Key role in our IT Security Governance function as an IT Security Risk Manager?
As an IT Security Risk Manager you will be a part of the central IT Governance function whose vision is to ensure efficient time to market with strong business focus and zero waste. We steer, support and follow-up the IT-Divisions through our 5 areas: IT-Enterprise Project Management Office, Enterprise Architecture, Development Office, IT- Business Development and IT Security.
We have the responsibility to prevent our valuable company assets from ending up in the wrong hands and ensure that they are accessible when needed and that no unauthorized changes are made to them.
To support this IT needs efficient and effective security frameworks, processes and services that integrate with our core development and operational processes and way-of-working. These shall ensure that our IT services, solutions and information that are sufficiently protected during development and during their operational lifecycles.
This is where you come in. We need a person whose skills are excellent at interpreting security in relations to business needs. You have the passion for making security risk management an integrated part of IT that will help our IT department make conscious decisions in regards to security when performing our daily work and at the same time aligning with H&M's IT strategy and vision.

As the overall responsible within your area you will get the possibility to steer, support, follow-up our IT security risk and information classification roadmaps and management within IT.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
• Manage risks and make conscious decisions based on cost of impact and mitigation.
• Stay compliant with internal requirements, laws, legislations and regulatory requirements.
• Keep security integrated and seamless (people, process, technology).
• Steer, support, follow-up our IT security risk and information classification roadmaps and management within IT.
