Do you want to practice your leadership skills in a challenging and complex situation? Then you should apply for the position as IT Security Delivery Manager at H&M Global IT.
As IT Security Delivery Manager, you will be accountable for the daily business within Security Operations Center and Cyber Security Intelligence Team (SOC and CSIRT). You will have team members located in Stockholm and Hong Kong.
Beside the daily management of SOC and CSIRT you will also be responsible for the professional IT security services that are provided to the rest of the IT department. The services are provided both in-house and by external providers.
In your role, you will be a key stakeholder when it comes to design and implementation of security related architecture and solutions.

Your responsibilities
The job of a Security Delivery Manager at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun.
Your to do-list includes:
• IT and Cyber security daily operation and governance
• Global coordination of IT security incidents
• Investigations and lessons learned after incidents
• Support and guidance to projects and development teams regarding IT and Cyber security
• Budget and cost efficiency
• Service management, including contract, vendor and service level management

And your skills include:
• Leadership experience, e.g. as a manager or team leader
• Good knowledge of Cybersecurity related frameworks, standards, practices, and methods
• Preferably CISSP or CISM certification
• Knowledge of the EU GDPR data protection regulation
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English
• Change management experience and a make it happen attitude and good at building relationships
This is a fulltime position based in Marievik, Stockholm. Travels may occur.
