Scania IT has therefore initiated a significant transformation towards data-driven software development, cloud computing and an agile way of working.
To strengthen our ability to protect and fully utilize our information we are now looking for an IT Security Specialist to join our team. The team currently consist of 8 people with IT-security focus handling topics such as security architecture, SIEM, malware protection and forensics.
What challenges do we offer?
As an Security analyst at Scania you will:
Be responsible for the daily management of Scandia's word-wide enterprise anti-virus platform with roughly 42000 supported endpoints.
Endpoint management and compliance control, exception handling.
Attack monitoring, incident response and acting on Anti-Virus alarms raised.
Handle support issues concerning anti-virus and give support in anti-virus related questions towards the IT-organisation.
Mainly work in the management tool, McAfee ePO, but also with other tools, and of course benefit from collaborating with and getting help and support from your colleagues.
Act and provide support to the rest of our team in case of incidents and IT security related investigations.
Participate in management activities and development of our function's services and activities.
What profile do we believe you have?
For you to be successful in this role we believe that:
You are a technician with a genuine passion for IT- and/or Information security, preferable with a few years' experience in enterprise client-server networking environments.
Experience with antivirus management
Existing security experience of the Microsoft platform.
Knowledge of network technologies and experience with vulnerability management and firewalls.
You are thorough, systematic and analytic.
You have high integrity and personality to be both a team member and self-going.
Self-driven knowledge improvements and threat monitoring are two important skills in our team. Introduction and initial training will be provided from within the technical IT-security team, and you are expected to grow with the role over time
Good written and verbal skills in Swedish and English is a requirement.
