About the role
As IT Project Manager Digitalisation you will be part of IT's Online Solutions team where you will be an important contributor. The main task 's for the role is to lead and coordinate the development of Ålö' s online solutions, i.e., applications used by our customers. You will be involved in questions both on strategical and operation level. Examples are to establish roadmap and release plans based on the wishes of our customers including their usage, Ålö' s organization and own experience and knowledge. You will also ensure high end SLA and excellent support for Online applications.
Other tasks included in the role:
• Through KPIs follow-up and ensure high availability on our online solutions
• Participate in developing the yearly online solutions budget
• Responsibility for actively seeking out and supporting the subsidiaries and departments
• You are responsible for conducting a dialogue with the departments and obtaining knowledge of their operations and needs to make your work more efficient

The position is permanent and placed in Brännland with the possibility to work 2 days a week from home.
Your profile
You should have a master's degree in relevant areas or similar knowledge. Experience from project management of IT projects following defined release plans or similar are expected. We believe that you have at least a couple of years of documented experience in process analysis and implementation of improvement solutions in the form of roadmaps/release plans.
It is beneficial if you have experience from leadership based on your own knowledge, commitment, presence, and ability to inspire colleagues and project staff. Since the role involves many contacts both internally and externally, it is very important that you have good communication and collaboration skills. You feel confident in speaking and writing in English.
