Playscan develops and provides intelligent gaming tools for the international gaming market and strives to be at the forefront of tools for socially responsible gambling. Playscan AB is now looking for a Project Manager who enjoys visiting potential and current customers. You enjoy being involved in all activities, from selling-and project management to architecture and programming.
Your tasks consist of two parts. First, you work with the sales, demand-analysis and feasibility studies, both in client meetings and the tender processes. You will also work with projects where you have an overall responsibility for our customer projects, and also in the internal development projects, where you partially participate as a technical expert for our clients. We expect you to have good leadership skills and to plan and organize projects where project participants are working independently and are located both in- and outside of Sweden.Playscan works with major state gaming operators around the world, but mainly in Europe. Customer Contact and travel is therefore a crucial part of your work.
You have experience in running and planning IT projects within or for large organizations and have worked in both internal and external projects. You probably have a background as a software developer or project manager, for example, in the field of Web-based B2B products, where you also worked in technical sales. Playscan?s technology platform is based on data analysis and data mining, which means that an interest in that is preferable. You must master the English language fluently and any additional language skills is a plus. You should feel comfortable to communicate via documentation and explaining in writing.
Requirements platform / environment
Documented experience in project management Software architecture, design patterns HTML / CSS Python MySQL, Oracle Linux / Unix Statistics / Data analysis
Additional Information
Employment is full-time, permanent and starts as soon as possible.
Relevant academic background and project management experience is required.
Experience of procurement and tendering processes is an advantage.
