WLTP IT Program support
WLTP, Worldwide harmonized Light vehicles Test Procedure, is a standard how to measure emissions and is replacing current NEDC in Europe. To adapt to required changes our customer is currently running a program to coordinate the different WLTP initiatives. We want to strengthen the IT part of the program with a person acting as support to the IT program manager.
You will work in close co-operation with the IT program manager and other roles in the program and the projects within the programs. The role is working cross-functional.
The role will have the following main responsibilities
Create and maintain presentation material to be used in communication within and outside of the program
Assemble and prepare material as well as documenting outcome for meetings (steering committee, workshops and other meetings)
Keep track of important aspects of the program such as staffing, finances and other resources
Do analysis on data in the program to understand trends and visualize these in status reports and presentations as well as providing decision support for the program and projects
Help with risk- and issue management and maintain the program issue- and risk lists.
To be successful in this role you have to be very good and fast to create visual material (typically in PowerPoint and Excel). You are expected to be able to drive activity yourself but can rely on other program members to give you guidance. You have the ability to handle and interact with many stakeholders and you can handle many parallel activities.
It is beneficial if you have experience of running projects or previously have had PMO-like roles. Understanding of project models are expected and knowledge about ODPF/DITS is seen as very positive.
