For our client we are looking for a IT Project Coordinator

The Vizier program is searching for a Project Leader with strong coordination skills.
One of the sub tracks of the Vizier program is the ARM track, Access Rights Managements. As part of a small team of PL's, this person will be liaison between the centrally positioned ARM solution team and the SME's out in the Banking Technology and Operations organizations.

Job description:
• Interact with central team about scope, solutions, issues, etc.
• Interact and coordinate with application providers, sme's, operations etc. about implementing regulatory requirements
• Introduce to above stakeholder's activities that need to be done
• Keep track on progress, report deviances
• Weekly status and progress reporting

You should have following skill sets:

Required qualifications
• Experience with coordinating a large and diverse group of stakeholders
• Strong communication skills and presenting skills
• Used to work in a complex environment with multiple streams cross multiple internal organisations, utilizing internal/external resources from different cultures and companies.
• Bank & Finance Experience (GSIB bank preferably)
• Preferably experience of using in a regulatory compliance project
• Excellent teamworker
• Fluent in English, speaking and writing
