Ericsson Supply Site in Kumla is globally responsible for predevelopment, industrialization and initial production of the next generation radio base stations.

Publiceringsdatum2011-01-13Dina arbetsuppgifterAs an IT process developer at the Ericsson Supply Site in Kumla you will map and analyze our existing IT processes to identify gaps and find improvement areas. You will be the driver of improvement activities and work with our local IT team and our IT end users.
The work will also include assuring alignment to Ericsson corporate guidelines and processes within the IT area.
You will be a part of the department "Strategy and Operational development".
Utbildning/erfarenhet
Successful candidates probably have an IT education / engineering background and have documented experience in the IT process development area. Special knowledge within application management models and IT strategies is qualifying.
We are looking for a person with a proactive attitude who is self confident, well organized and used to work in complex environments. The preferred candidate should have a holistic perspective, be able to lead change and be committed to fulfill assignments.
The preferred candidate should also have good communication skills as the role involves communication and interaction with people throughout the Ericsson organization and with external suppliers. Good knowledge in the English and Swedish language, both verbally and in writing, is required.
