About the position
As an IT Operations specialist, you will be a part of the IT-team. You will have the opportunity to outline the role yourself and if you see areas of improvement within our IT, we welcome your expertise and input. You will act as Operations System owner for BioGaias applications and be the point of contact between BioGaia and our suppliers as well as supporting your colleagues in other areas of our global company.
Some of your day-to-day tasks will be:
• Responsible for the day-to-day availability of BioGaia's applications
• Keeping instruction manuals for BioGaia's systems
• Training and supporting the users in BioGaia's systems/applications
• Gather internal requests to improve the applications and contact suppliers regarding the suggestions.
• User access management
• Handling support errands (2nd-3rd line) and be our point of contact with external resources when needed
This role can be based at our office in either Stockholm or at our Center of Excellence (office and production unit) in Eslöv.

To give you the best possible start we believe you have experience in:
• Office 365
• General application support, meritorious if in Power Platform and/or SharePoint as well as Microsoft power BI.
You speak and write unhindered in English and preferably also in Swedish.
