About the role
This position combines both management and product ownership for Productivity Platforms & Advisory - a key role where you play a crucial part in our mission to help our business fully utilize the Microsoft Power Platform.

Key responsibilities include:
• Driving the strategy, development, operational excellence, and adoption of Microsoft Office 365 automation and productivity tools (Power Platform, Microsoft Viva, etc.) across our enterprise.
• Understanding the technology, its integrations, dependencies, and relations between Power Platform products like Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agent, etc., and other M365 products.
• Overseeing the overall Power Platform and Viva management, including License management, security and compliance policy, roles, and access management.
• Driving the adoption of automation and low-code solutions for these products across our company, working closely with other product teams, stakeholders, suppliers, and end-users to understand business needs and turn them into effective solutions.
• Setting and clearly communicating the vision, strategy, and goals for the Product team, ensuring smooth and effective development and operations throughout the product lifecycles.
• Being accountable for the financial outcomes, emphasizing engineering innovation and fostering an environment of continuous learning and skills development within the team.
• Managing and actively empowering your team, regularly evaluating their prerequisites and ensuring they are well-resourced and supported.

Location
This position is based in Sandviken or Stockholm, embracing a hybrid work model where you can combine office work with remote working. Regular travel to Sandviken is required if you're stationed in Stockholm, as your management team and some team members are based there.

Qualifications
• Proven leadership experience with a track record in people and change management.
• Profound technical expertise, especially in Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies, along with knowledge within Microsoft Viva.
• Bachelor's degree in IT.
• Acumen in stakeholder and financial management.
• Familiarity with agile work fundamentals, frameworks, methods, and practices.
• Good English skills, and knowing Swedish is a plus.

Your persona
We envision a candidate who's passionate about automation and low-code development, embodying strategic thinking and a user-centric mindset. Being technically oriented and a motivated problem solver is imperative. Having excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to guide, coach, and mentor team members is highly valued. If you also possess a solid understanding of business goals, market dynamics, and customer needs, you're potentially a perfect fit for this role.
