Job Description
• Independent scheduling, processing and tracking of requests (tickets) from the help desk system
• Prioritization, solution, tracking of tickets in close collaboration with the corporate IT teams in Europe and America
• Installation and support of desktop PCs and notebooks, both hardware and software
• Take over tasks in the area of ??server administration and support as well as in the IT infrastructure area
• Collaboration in the selection and consulting of hardware and software purchases
• Preparation of IT-related documentation in accordance with company-internal procedures and standards (ITPM)
• Performing and monitoring necessary data backups / data restores
• Participate in local and global IT projects
• Compliance and enforcement of local and global compliance guidelines. (e.g., ITPM)
• Ensure compliance with all legal regulations in the IT area (e.g., Privacy Code)
Required Skills
Education and language:
• Completed training in computer science (in the field of system integration) or as an IT system technician or in an adequate qualification
• Very good language skills, both English and Swedish

Other skills:
• Experience / Knowledge Windows client / server operating system environment
• Good network skills (protocols, switches, routers, firewalls, WIFI)
• Experience / knowledge in current MS-Office products
• Good hardware knowledge in the notebook and PC environment
• Experience in dealing with ticket systems and remote control software
• Experience in IT service desk / help desk acc. ITIL
• Experience with Citrix and VMWare environments
