hela Sverige This is an 80-100% position based out of one of our European offices (UK, NL, SE, CH, DK and NO) with the following elements:
• Administration of all existing IT systems tools.
• Development and implementation of CRM system.
• Update of company website.
• Development of web based database tools for efficient communication with customers and suppliers.
• Management of ECM implementation project.
• Management of outsourced IT systems and helpdesk.
• Develop comprehensive strategy for IT in the MBP Group with a focus on value add, efficiency, usability and risk management.
We expect from all candidates that they are and have:
• Excellent IT skills, so that our IT tools and systems are always working.
• Flair for planning, co-ordination, flexibility and follow up.
• Project management experience.
• Good presentation-, verbal- and written communication skills.
• Fluent working English, other European languages are an asset.
• Active, independent and responsible.
• Experience with helpdesk and troubleshooting for internal staff.
MBP Group is a successful provider of by-product and waste collection services right from multinational industries to independent restaurants in Europe and North America. Development of the right IT based tools will be an important factor for our future growth, success and development. We are looking for a manager with experience with development and project management and a business background. You will be working independently and in a close dialogue with company management in order to achieve results.
MBP Group is a SME privately owned company working in a MS environment. Our IT systems are hosted in a European hosting centre and helpdesk is outsourced. We are using MS Dynamics NAV with a SQL database as our EPR system. In 2016 we did an IT risk audit and implemented improvements. We believe we have a good platform for adding new applications that will allow us to work better and more efficiently.
