The business started with a single mission: to empower small-business owners to sell smarter by offering them the tools typically reserved for bigger players. The company was founded in 2010 and currently has approximately 400 employees across its 12 operating countries, with offices in Berlin, London, Edinburgh, Madrid, Mexico City, Sao Paulo and Stockholm (HQ).
We are currently seeking an IT Coordinator to work full-time at the HQ here in Stockholm. In this role you will be coordinating the global support function, office infrastructures, equipment purchases and inventory, as well as 3rd party vendors.
As IT Coordinator, you should have a interest in the business concept and sector combined with excellence in client support and service. To be able to perform in this role you should be self-driven, passionate, open minded and take pride in performing detailed work.
Your responsibility is to ensure that day-to-day operations are running smoothly and that all requests are handled with care and efficiency.
In this role you will report to the Head of IT in Stockholm.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate global IT service support
Coordinate hardware and software purchases/inventory
Network monitoring and act as main point of contact for vendors
Administer accounts and licenses
Requirements:
Independent, creative, proactive and customer focused
Organized and analytical with a structured process oriented mind-set
Education in Information Systems, Computer Science, Technology Engineering
OSX and Windows advanced knowledge
Proven understanding of network environments
Proven interest in cutting edge technology enabled business models
Proven ability to listen and explain internal IT processes to end users
Communication skills in English, both written and verbally
Meritorious:
Google Admin/Apps for Work experience
Relevant industry experience from a payments/e-commerce/gaming/web start-up
Experience in providing first class IT Service
This is a full-time position located in Stockholm.
