Do you have a finance degree and/or experience of working in a finance department?
Do you like IT and technology?
Since Annelie is leaving we are now looking for a replacement to manage finance items for IT.
• To monitor and follow up IT projects and cost (incl Next Gen project)
• Make sure all IT projects are documented according to guidelines before any cost allocation is started.
• Be able to show Project cost allocation documentation for auditors if needed.
• Yearly budget creation based on decided IT model, which includes collect all needed data to make sure all cost as covered and budget on right profit center.
• Control coding of invoices (in line with budget and correct cost and profit center)
• Control hardware and software investment and make sure booked correct
• Maintain calculation model for IT service fee?s
• Monitor Time allocation against project and maintain proper cost allocation in line with WDM methodology and IFRS
• Provide the team with monthly cost overview both Cost and profit center level.
• Collect local and regional IT budgets
• Write Capex documents when needed.
• Efficient internal communication (e-mail, telephone, fax, correspondence) at all levels in both English and local languages
• To make expense claims reports and to check these claims
• Preparing reports or other documentation
• Contribute to development of the team
• Responsibility on monitoring travel budgets
• Ad hoc tasks per request
Excellent english and swedish skills is a prerequisite. Knowledge in french an advantage.
The IT Controller will be based in Stockholm.
