We currently have the following job opening;
IT Client Area Manager
In this position you will be responsible for all our clients and application distribution within the area. This is a new position at CEVT, you will have the opportunity to build up and develop the area for a fast growing and modern company and be part of CEVT's exciting journey. You will be responsible for develop and implement working methods, processes and routines to protect the organization.
You will be part of the IT department and report to the IT Operations Manager. As all CEVT IT solutions are quite new you will have the possibility to create a modern and solid client and distribution setup and processes.
There will be great opportunities and challenges in this team as the environment is constantly growing. The car projects continuously demands unique solutions on the IT environment, there will always be new challenges and high expectations.
Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility of all CEVT clients, including management tools and client security application. (PC, Mac, Mobile devices, Virtual clients, VDI, SCCM, Intune, Antivirus, Anti malware and NetClean)
- Work closely together with IT Operations for optimal performance and security in all CEVT client areas.
- Create future strategic roadmap for CEVT for hardware and support applications within the area.
- Responsible for input to budget and applications within responsible area.
- Team lead resources within client area
- Responsible for follow up and prioritization of support within the area.
- Owner of the process within client area/ client's management and client security/ mobile devices/ device security area
- Responsible for business requirements for purchasing/ licensing and user equipment/ managing and controlling CEVT centralized management systems, SCCM, MDM and Antivirus/ Responsible for reducing the cost for software usage
- Enabler for quick and correct decision basis
Requirements
Excellent knowledge of Technical Services, Solutions, and products related to this position Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills Strong interpersonal skills Strong communication skills Attention to detail, follow through, and ability to prioritize quickly Customer driven with a strong business and service orientation Team-player, self-motivated and proactive with a positive 'can do' attitude Ability to work in an international environment Cultural awareness, especially Asian - European culture
