Are you an experienced IT Change Manager with strong leadership skills? We are strengthening our Global Change & Release Management Team within Cross Functions Area and need someone like you!

Cross Functions Area is transforming the IT Change & Release Function in order to take on the full responsibility for the IT Change, Release and Deploy processes. As part of the new initiative we are looking for an Operational lead that will take on a dual responsibility; lead and work with the IT Change, Release & Deploy team and drive the work to ensure control, stability and transparence. This includes the responsibility to ensure correct handling of all IT changes affecting the different service areas according to agreed change and release process as well as overall responsibility of the release schedule and release planning cross H&M IT.

As an IT Change & Release Operational Lead you will take lead on tactical process improvements, lead the team in their ways- of- working in the processes and tool (ServiceNow) to aim for a smooth and safe change handling. You will also, follow up on delivery within change management and release management and report status to Process owner.

Your responsibilities

The job of an IT Change & Release Operational lead at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:

• Measure and follow up on incidents caused by changes
• Handling cross implementations
• Inform target groups of news and changes of processes and wow
• Ensure end to end communication with identified stakeholders
• Ensure resource planning
• Ensuring that decisions are taken by the correct people at the correct time through the lifecycle of the release and change ticket
• Ensure efficient and secure change- and release management

Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include:

• Several years of experience as Process Manager for IT Change Management and knowledge of ITIL
• It is meriting if you have experience from working within Release management
• Interest for leading others
• It is an advantage if you have previous experience from working in ServiceNow
• Good communication skills both in Swedish and English
