www.trelleborg.comOur Web Platform (SharePoint 2010), including Trelleborg Group Intranet, is becoming more and more an asset to improve the efficiency and productivity of the business. In order to meet internal customer's expectations, demands and requirements, as well as further enrich the platform functionality we are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst & Project Manager who is supposed to design and find ways or solutions for the betterment of productivity and efficiency of the business.
This challenge will require experience both from IT and business. The ability to communicate and liaise with different business stakeholders is key to success. Another very important aspect of this role is the ability to deliver what's been communicated within time and budget. To acomplish this, structured project management skils is required.
We believe that, to achieve the above, the person suited for this role must have an IT background with several years of experience including SharePoint, and has been in a position in earlier employment that was highly exposed to an international business environment.
We are looking for someone that is eager to leave their IT comfort zone and explore new areas.
Duties and responsibilities
• Manage Trelleborg Group Intranet from an IT Perspective
• Manage other group wide projects from an IT perspecive
• Partnering with Group Intranet Manager, Corporate Communication
• Liaise with business stakeholders and support them in their quest for improved productivity and efficiency
• Analyze and translate business requirements into possible solutions
• Analyze as-is processes and suggest improved to-be processes with documentation
• Lead and architect Group wide Web initiatives from an IT perspective
• Manage medium to large projects, including documentation like Project plans and solution descriptions
• Lead internal SharePoint administrator(s)
• Build and manage relations with internal business customers and as well with external vendors
• Technical support to business when necessary
Profile
• Bachelor/Master degree with information technology background
• Experience (minimum 3 year) with SharePoint, ideally SharePoint 2010
• In-depth knowledge of modeling web applications
• Experienced solution architect for web based applications and SharePoint applications
• Solid understanding of software development cycle.
• Experienced in agile development methodologies like SCRUM
• Documented project management experience
• Very good communication and networking skills, ability to interact with people at all levels in the organization
• Solution oriented and result driven
• Positive attitude, decisive but humble when needed
• Excellent English language skills, both verbal and in writing
• In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio)
• Experienced in managing an international team with cultural differences is beneficial
• Business administration knowledge would be an asset
