In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Be part of a cross functional team that implements, maintains and operates credit risk models contributing to one of the banks most prioritized initiatives.
• Collaborate with software engineers, business analysts, risk officers, architects and product owners for successful system improvements.
• Analyse and write requirements towards our Data Warehouses as well as for our own services.
• Drive and participate in quality assurance and testing of developed functionality.
• Ensure that documentation of our solutions and our models is up to date. E.g. system documentation, system map etc.
• Work with data quality and data lineage.
• Support APO to break down IO's to MVP's and Stories.
• Continuous business support.
• Monthly reconciliations.
What is needed in this role:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, e.g. Industrial Economics, Computer and Systems Sciences or similar
• A few years relevant working experience, e.g. as a Business Analyst, Data Steward, BI Developer, Data Engineer or similar.
• Banking and finance knowledge, especially within the Credit Risk area.
• Being comfortable in writing SQL and having knowledge around SQL databases and data modelling concepts.
• Good technical understanding, e.g. how systems works and how they can be improved.
• Sees the value of accurate documentation.
• Creative and driven problem solver with an analytical mindset.
• Team player who likes to share his/her knowledge as well as learning from colleagues.
• Proficient in Swedish and English.
• Experienced in SAS (e.g. Enterprise Guide, DI Studio) is a bonus.
